摘要
以质量分数为5%~20%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)与聚丙烯(PP)的共混物为芯层、PP为皮层,采用熔融纺丝工艺制备出了皮芯复合中空纤维.研究了复合比例、EVA含量、纺丝温度和挤出速率/卷绕速率匹配对熔融纺丝稳定性的影响,确定了最佳熔融纺丝工艺:EVA质量分数为10%,皮芯此为60/40,纺丝温度为230℃,挤出速率为48 mL/min,卷绕速率为500 m/min.
Based on the manufacture of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA)/polypropylene (PP) blend chips containing 5% - 20% of EVA, a series of composite hollow fibers were fabricated by melt-spinning process using PP as sheath and EVA/PP blend chips as core. The effects of the sheath-core ratio, EVA content, melt spinning tem- perature and extruding speed/winding velocity on melt-spinning stability was studied. The best spinning conditions were determined. The EVA content is 10%, the sheath-core ratio is 60/40, the spinning temperature is 230 ℃, the extruding speed is 48 mL/min, the winding velocity is 500 m/min.
