Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of CBL combined with PBL in the training of trauma first aid skills for normalization training doctors in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, and to compare it with LBL.Methods 114 normalization training doctors in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups with 57 cases in each group. The experimental group were taught the course by CBL combined with PBL teaching mode, while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode. The scores of skill assessment and the degree of recognition and satisfaction with training were compared between the two groups. Results The total skill score of the observation group was(94.67±2.83),which was higher than the control group(88.63±4.17),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Arrival degree and satisfaction degree of CBL combined PBL teaching mode in observation group are higher than those in control group, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL is an effective way to guide PBL to master trauma first aid skills.
