摘要
生物体内有许多气体信号介质,将这些气体与多功能纳米技术结合可以达到精准的治疗效果。最早发现的气体信号分子—一氧化氮(NO),具有促进血管舒张、神经递质调节和生物防御等作用。随后的研究发现了更多的气体信号介质,如一氧化碳(CO)、硫化氢(H 2 S)和氢气(H 2)等,他们具有独特的生物活性和化学性质,近年来在恶性肿瘤治疗领域崭露头角。恶性肿瘤具有高发病率和高致死率的特点,然而传统的治疗方法如手术、放化疗、药物治疗等,总体治疗效果依然不理想。这些气体的引入,为肿瘤治疗提供了新思路。由于这些化合物的气态性质和潜在的毒性,阻碍了其在临床的广泛使用,而纳米气体对肿瘤的精确治疗有望克服这一挑战。
There are many gas signaling mediators in living organisms that can be combined with multi-functional nanotechnol-ogy to achieve precise therapeutic effects.Nitric oxide(NO),the first gas signal molecule,has the functions of promoting vasodilation,neurotransmitter regulation and biological defense.Subsequent studies have discovered more gaseous signaling mediators,such as carbon monoxide(CO),hydrogen sulfide(H 2 S)and hydrogen(H 2),which have unique biological activity and chemical properties and have emerged in the field of malignant tumor treatment in recent years.Malignant tumors are characterized by high morbidity and mortality.However,traditional treatment methods such as surgery,chemoradiotherapy and drug therapy don’t show ideal therapeutic effect in general.The introduction of these gases has provided new ideas for cancer treatment.Because of the gaseous feature and po-tential toxicity of these compounds,their widespread clinical use is hampered,the precise treatment of tumors by nano-gas is expected to overcome this challenge.
