摘要
培养优秀教师是师范生教育的重要目标,师范生评价是培养的重要环节。文章构建了"五维度四水平"的师范生培养质量评价体系和培养指标。调查结果显示,被测样本的各个维度素养水平均达到熟练或优良水平,符合教师标准。教师教育课程群通过校内校外课程灵活结合、理论课程与实训课程相结合、技术赋能课堂,运用"同伴训练队""课例研修"等模式开展活动,以提升师范生的各项技能素养。在培养过程中重视过程性评价,是课程群培养一线教师的重要举措。
How to train excellent teachers is an important goal of the current normal education.The evaluation of normal students is an important link in the process of training.This study constructed the"five-dimensional and four-level"training quality evaluation system and training indicators for normal students.The results showed that the literacy level of each dimension of the sample reached the level of proficiency or excellence,which met the teacher's standards.The teacher education curriculum carries out activities through the flexible combination of internal and external courses,the combination of theoretical courses and practical training courses,the technology enabling classes,and the use of"peer training team"and"lesson case study",in order to improve the skills of the students.Paying attention to the process evaluation in the course of training is an important measure to train the first-line teachers in the curriculum.
