滇西北4种野生观赏植物的细胞学研究

摘要 采用植物根尖常规压片法,对滇西北4种花卉资源植物进行细胞学研究,结合前人的报道对细胞染色体水平上的差异分化进行讨论。结果表明:偏花报春(Primula secundiflora Franch.)核型公式为2n=2x=22=22 m,核型类型属于Stebbins′s-1B型,AI值为2.91,二倍体植物;灰岩皱叶报春(Primula forrestii Balf.f.)核型公式为2n=2x=24=22m+2sm,核型类型属于Stebbins′s-1B型,AI值为3.99,二倍体植物;美丽蓝钟花(Cyananthus formosus Diels.)核型公式为2n=2x=12=10m+2sm,核型类型属于Stebbins′s-1B型,AI值为5.63,二倍体植物;多星韭(Allium wallichii Kunth)核型公式为2n=2x=14=6m+8sm,核型类型属于Stebbins′s-2A型,AI值为3.12,二倍体植物。统计滇西北4种植物不同居群的细胞学资料显示,偏花报春和灰岩皱叶报春居群间核型特征变化差异较小,美丽蓝钟花和多星韭居群间差异分化剧烈。以上细胞学数据为滇西北地区植物区系起源与分化、种质资源挖掘与利用方面提供基础资料,同时也补充该区的细胞学资料。 Based on previous researches,the cytology of four kinds of floral resource plants in the northwestern of Yunnan province were studied,and the differentiation at the cellular chromosome level was discussed by adopting the method of regular tabletting of root tip.The results showed that the Karyotype formula of Primula secundiflora Franch.was 2n=2x=22=22m,belonged to Stebbins′s–1B of Karyotype type with the AI value 2.91 and was diploid plant;the Karyotype formula of P.forrestii Balf.f.was 2n=2x=24=22m+2sm,belonged to Stebbins′s–1B of Karyotype type with the AI value 3.99 and was diploid plant;the Karyotype formula of Cyananthus formosus Diels.was 2n=2x=12=10m+2sm,belonged to Stebbins′s–1B of Karyotype type with the AI value 5.63 and was diploid plant;and the Karyotype formula of Allium wallichii Kunth was 2n=2x=14=6m+8sm,belonged to Stebbins′s–2A of Karyotype type with the AI value 3.12 and was diploid plant.According to the cytological data of four different groups of plants in the northwest of Yunnan,the differences of karyotype characteristics between P.secundiflora and P.forrestii were minor,while the differences between C.formosus and A.wallichii were significant.The cytological data mentioned above provided fundamental data for the origin and differentiation of plant flora in the northwestern of Yunnan,the excavation and utilization of germplasm resources,and also replenished the cytological data of the area.
