摘要
目的:分析冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)检查心血管疾病的应用效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年2月郑州颐和医院收治的188例疑似冠状动脉狭窄或冠心病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行冠状动脉CTA及数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)检查,以DSA检查作为金标准,将冠状动脉CTA检查结果与金标准进行比较,评估CTA的诊断价值。结果:188例疑似心血管疾病患者中共有145例患者经DSA检查后明确为心血管疾病,经冠状动脉CTA检查共检出143例心血管疾病。以DSA检查为金标准,冠状动脉CTA诊断心血管疾病的特异度为97.67 %、准确性为97.87%、灵敏度为97.93 %、阳性预测值为99.30 %、阴性预测值为93.33 %。结论:行冠状动脉CTA检查诊断心血管疾病具有操作简单、检查费用低、无创伤等优势,在鉴别心血管疾病中具有较高的准确性、灵敏度及特异度,可为临床治疗提供有力的诊断依据。
Objective To analyze the application effect of coronary CTA in cardiovascular diseases.Method From June 2017 to February 2018,188 patients with suspected coronary artery stenosis or coronary heart disease admitted to Zhengzhou Yihe hospital were taken as research objects.All patients underwent coronary CTA and DSA examination.DSA examination was taken as the gold standard.The results of coronary CTA examination were compared with the gold standard to evaluate the diagnostic value of CTA.Result A total of 145 of 188 suspected patients with cardiovascular diseases were confirmed as cardiovascular diseases by DSA examination,143 cases of cardiovascular diseases were detected by coronary CTA examination,of which 5 cases were misdiagnosed and 3 cases were misdiagnosed.Taking DSA examination as the gold standard,the specificity,accuracy,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of coronary CTA in diagnosing cardiovascular diseases are 91.30%,96.81%,98.59%,96.55% and 97.67 % respectively.Conclusion Coronary CTA examination to diagnose cardiovascular disease has the advantages of simple operation,low examination cost,and non-invasiveness,and has higher accuracy,sensitivity and specificity in the identification of cardiovascular diseases,which can provide a strong diagnostic basis for clinical treatment.
