摘要
随着社会的不断发展,企业对人才的需求越来越综合化,这对高校人才培养提出了更高的要求。经济管理专业重点培养经济管理理论及管理操作兼具的专业型人才,如何实现经济管理专业学生与企业的对接是高校管理人员需要研究的重要问题。校企合作教学模式的运用是经济管理专业教学改革的新思路,能够提升教学效果,为企业定向培养所需人才。论文对校企合作教学模式的实际意义进行阐述,分析当前校企合作教学面临的困境,针对加强经济管理专业校企合作提出合理化建议。
With the continuous development of society,the demand of enterprises for talents is more and more comprehensive,which puts forward higher requirements for talents training in colleges and universities.Economics and management major focuses on training professional talents with both economics and management theory and management operation.How to realize the docking between students of economics and management major and enterprises is an important problem for administrators in colleges and universities to study.The application of school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode is a new idea of teaching reform of economics and management major,which can improve the teaching effect and directionally train talents for enterprises.This paper expounds the practical significance of school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode,analyzes the current dilemmas faced by school-enterprise cooperation teaching,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for strengthening school-enterprise cooperation of economics and management major.
