摘要
针对掘锚一体机在实际煤巷的掘进中无法实现对其截割功率精准控制的问题,以ZJM4200掘锚一体机为研究对象,在分析截割电流、截割速度与煤岩层硬度的基础上,完成掘锚一体机控制系统的设计.该系统基于模糊控制理论和PID控制器实现对掘锚一体机截割功率的精准控制.经仿真分析和实践应用验证了控制系统的有效性.
In view of the problems that the anchor driving machine can not realize the accurate control of its cutting power in the actual coal roadway,based on the analysis of cutting current,cutting speed and hardness of coal and rock layer to complete the design for the anchor-excavating machine.Based on fuzzy control theory and PID controller,the precision control of cutting power is realized.The effectiveness of the control system is verified by simulation analysis and practical application.
