掘锚一体化巷道瓦斯治理技术研究

摘要 为了有效防止巷道掘进期间瓦斯的大量集聚或者涌出,确保矿井安全开采,分析了瓦斯涌出的影响因素,采用COSMOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件,对不同掘进速度下巷道瓦斯流动规律进行了模拟分析。研究得出,掘进速度对于巷道周围瓦斯压力的分布有影响,掘进巷道沿巷道走向、巷帮方向时,瓦斯衰减范围随着掘进速度增大而减小;巷道掘进速度越快,煤层瓦斯梯度越小,靠近煤壁处,瓦斯的流动速度也越慢。该研究为有效防止巷道掘进过程中可能发生的瓦斯事故提供了理论基础。 In order to effectively prevent and control a large nmnber of gas gathering or gushing in the roadway during the excavation, to ensure the safe mining of the mine, this article analyzed the influencing factors of gas emission, COSMOL Multiphysics numerical simulation software was used to conduct the gas flow law of the roadway under different tunneling speeds. The simulation analysis showed that the speed of excavation has an effect on the distribution of gas pressure around the roadway. When the excavation roadway is along the roadway direction and the direction of roadway' sides, the attenuation range of the gas decreases with the increase of the tunneling speed ; the faster the speed of roadway excavation, the smaller the gas gradient of coal seam ; the closer to the coal wall, the slower the gas flow rate. The research provides a theoretical basis for effectively preventing gas accidents during roadway excavation.
