摘要
本项目建立以财务为中心的医院运营管理一体化平台,实现资金流、业务流、数据流的同步和信息共享。通过建立数据中心,利用大数据分析技术提供管理辅助决策,合理调配医院人财物各项资源,并有效提高医院管理效率。结合医院管理理念,建立成本、预算、物流、绩效、科教研管理体系,并形成事前、事中、事后控制机制,促进医院运营目标的落实和实现。
This project establishes an integrated platform of hospital operation and management centered on finance to realize the synchronization and information sharing of capital flow,business flow and data flow.Through the establishment of the data center,it uses big data analysis technology to provide management decision-making,reasonable allocation of hospital human and property resources,and effectively improve the efficiency of hospital management.Combined with the hospital management concept,it establishes the management system of the cost,budget,logistics,performance,science,education and research,and forms a pre-process,in-process and post event control mechanism to promote the implementation and realization of hospital operation objectives.
