摘要
介绍了综合性三级医院人力资源管理系统的设计和实施,通过全流程信息化管理,使人力信息、考勤信息、工资信息、奖金信息通过信息系统在各科室之间流转起来,进行了系统的设计与实施,在人力资源信息化的同时,解决了信息共享、高效协同的问题,使每个参与角色都有受益。重点阐述了该系统的设计思路、流程分析、系统特色和实施效果,对实现综合性三级医院的人力资源信息化管理有一定的实用价值和借鉴作用。
This paper introduces the design and realization of the human resource management system in the comprehensive tertiary hospital. Through the information management of the whole process, the human information, attendance information, salary information and bonus information are transferred through the information system, and the system is designed and implemented. The informatization of human resources has been realized. At the same time, it solves the problem of information sharing and efficient collaboration, and benefits every participant. This paper focuses on the design idea, process analysis, system features and implementation effect of the system. It has a certain practical value and reference for the realization of the human resource management system of the comprehensive tertiary hospital.
