基于事故案例的盾构隧道连续性破坏过程分析 被引量:5

摘要 我国当前正处于轨道交通建设的高速发展期,但是在高速发展的同时,盾构隧道施工的过程中却频频出现衬砌结构受损甚至倒塌的事故。现有针对盾构隧道事故的研究往往着眼于事故的抢险以及事故后修复的工作上,针对盾构隧道结构本身在事故过程中表现出的破坏机理和相应有效处理措施的研究相对较少,不利于城市轨道交通建设的高质量发展。为了明确盾构隧道在出现连续性破坏时衬砌结构的破坏过程,文章通过搜集大量盾构隧道出现结构损伤甚至连续性破坏的事故案例进行了综合性的分析。首先定义盾构隧道连续性破坏以及事故类型。进一步通过整理具有相近地层条件、相同结构形式、相似初始破坏原因的隧道事故案例,综合分析并给出盾构隧道连续性破坏的过程为:第一阶段:初始破坏→第二阶段:环间破坏→第三阶段:环内破坏→第四阶段:隧道倒塌。最后针对该破坏过程中隧道结构与周边水土的相互作用进行了讨论,以期为城市轨道交通特别是地铁工程安全建设提供参考,为下一阶段深化研究提供基础。 China is currently in a period of rapid development of rail transit construction,however construction accidents which leads to tunnel lining damages and even collapse frequently occur during the construction of shield tunnels.Existing research on shield tunnel accidents mostly focuses on accident rescue and post-accident repair work.Relatively few studies on the collapse mechanism and effective control measures of the shield tunnel have been carried out,which is not conducive to the high-quality development of urban rail transit construction.Therefore,in order to clarify the failure process of the lining structure during the progressive collapse,this paper collectes a number of accident cases,in which the shield tunnel has structural damage or even progressive collapse.First,it clarifies the definition of the progressive collapse of the shield tunnel and the accident types,then a comprehensive analysis on the process of progressive collapse of shield tunnels is given as follows through sorting out the tunnel accident cases with similar ground conditions,structural form and initial failure causes:stage 1:initial failure→stage 2:inter-rings failure→stage 3:failure within the ring→stage 4:progressive collapses.Finally,the interaction between the tunnel structure and the surrounding soil during the collapse process is discussed.It is expected to provide a reference for the construction of urban rail transit,especially subway,and provide a foundation for the next stage of deepening research.
