摘要
介绍了一种新型的大跨度预应力型钢组合支撑系统,大幅提高了钢支撑体系的截面刚度和承载能力,能够适用于超大跨度的深基坑支护。以杭州某在建对撑跨度达150 m的深基坑项目为例,介绍了大跨度预应力型钢组合支撑体系在深基坑中的应用情况,包括支撑的整体布置,型钢组合截面的组成及其构造连接。介绍了型钢组合支撑现场加载及温度监测试验,试验结果显示:3倍设计轴力下的支撑还处于弹性稳定阶段,没有出现任何异常,说明大跨度预应力型钢组合支撑具体足够的安全储备;日光照射是影响钢支撑截面温度的最主要原因,环境温度的变化对于支撑轴力及稳定性的影响有限。
This article introduced a new type of large span prestressed assembly steel struts system of which the section stiffness and bearing capacity has been improved rapidly and can be applied to superlarge-span deep excavations.Based on a case study with a 150 m-span deep excavation which is still under construction in Hangzhou,this paper introduced the application of the large span prestressed assemble steel struts system in deep excavations,including the overall assembly,the composition of assemble section and the structural connection.A field loading and temperature monitoring test of assembly steel struts system was also introduced in this paper.The results suggested that the assembly steel struts system did not show any abnormalities and was still in the stage of elastic stability under 3 times designed axial force,which indicated that the security reserve of the super-large-span prestressed assembly steel strut system is adequate.It also showed that sunlight is the main reason effecting the surface temperature of the steel support while the change of the ambient temperature has limited influence on the axial force and stability of the bracing.
