摘要
PC工法组合钢管桩和预应力型钢组合支撑是近年来在基坑工程领域运用较为广泛的两种新型绿色工艺,但是将两者直接结合形成的全钢质标准化基坑支护体系尚缺乏相关的应用和研究。基于对PC工法组合钢管桩和预应力型钢组合支撑工艺的计算理论研究,以上海某地下两层展示中心项目为背景工程,对“PC工法组合钢管桩围护+两道预应力型钢组合支撑”支护体系在高水位深厚软土深基坑中的设计和实施情况进行了详细介绍。工程实践表明,该新型绿色组合支护体系在满足基坑变形与稳定要求的同时,还能兼顾施工效率与环保节能,且隔水防渗性能良好,具有广阔的应用前景。
Both of Pipe-Combination(PC)pile and pre-stressed assembly steel struts are new green technologies.These technologies are widely used in the field of foundation pit engineering in recent years.However,the application and research of steel standardized supporting system formed by the combination of these two technologies are rare.Based on the calculation theory research of PC piles and pre-stressed assembly steel struts,a two-story underground project in Shanghai is taken as the background,the design and implementation of the combined supporting system for deep foundation pit in soft soils is elaborated,which consist of"PC pile retaining structure+two pre-stressed assembly steel struts bracing".The practice of this project shows that the new green combined supporting system not only meets the requirements of deformation,stability and water-resisting of foundation pit,but also gives consideration to construction efficiency,environmental protection and energy conservation.This combined system has broad application prospects.
