摘要
目的:研究在肺癌化疗患者中应用针对性护理的临床价值。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年9月福建省立医院收治的肺癌化疗患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组行基础护理服务,观察组采用针对性护理,对2组肺癌化疗患者护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组肺癌化疗患者护理满意度、日常生命质量评分、睡眠质量评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将针对性护理应用肺癌化疗患者中利于改善患者睡眠质量。
Objective:To study the clinical value of targeted nursing in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 70 cases of lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy from September 2017 to September 2019 were divided into groups in the form of random number table.The routine group(n=35)received basic nursing services,while the experimental group(n=35)received targeted nursing care.The nursing effect of the two groups of lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,nursing satisfaction,daily life quality score and sleep quality score of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy in the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy is beneficial to improve the sleep quality of patients.
