摘要
目的:研究无呕病房护理模式对肺癌化疗患者恶心呕吐发生情况及生存状态的影响。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年6月于本院就诊的140例肺癌化疗患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各70例。对照组进行常规止吐护理,试验组以化疗无呕病房护理模式为指导进行护理。比较两组恶心呕吐缓解情况、护理前后恶心生活功能量表(FLIE)及生存质量评分(WHOQOL-BREF)、满意情况。结果:试验组恶心、呕吐缓解率均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,试验组FLIE量表恶心、呕吐及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组WHOQOL-BREF量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组满意情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无呕病房护理模式对肺癌化疗患者恶心呕吐发生情况及生存状态的影响相对更好,在肺癌化疗患者中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To study the influence of non-emetic ward nursing mode on the occurrence of nausea and vomiting and survival state in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 140 patients with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected.According to the method of random number table,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,70 cases in each group.The control group was given routine antiemetic nursing,and the experimental group was given nursing under the guidance of chemotherapy non-emetic ward nursing mode.The remission of nausea and vomiting,FLIE and WHOQOL-BREF before and after nursing,satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result:The remission rate of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of nausea,vomiting and total score of FLIE in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of all dimensions of WHOQOL-BREF scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of non-emetic ward nursing mode on the occurrence of nausea and vomiting and survival state in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy is relatively better,and it has higher application value in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.
