摘要
目的:对护理干预对神经内科睡眠障碍患者血压与睡眠质量的改善作用进行分析研究。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月山东大学齐鲁医院神经内科收治的睡眠障碍患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。在分组护理期间,医护人员给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者护理干预。护理期结束后,医护人员将2组患者的护理满意度、血压变化情况及睡眠情况进行分析比较。结果:观察组患者护理满意度(97.7%)显著高于对照组患者护理满意度(88.6%)(P=0.014);观察组患者血压变化情况显著优于对照组患者血压变化情况(P=0.001);观察组患者睡眠情况显著优于对照组患者睡眠情况(P=0.029)。结论:护理干预能够有效提升神经内科睡眠障碍患者的护理满意度,并对其血压及睡眠质量进行有效控制,该护理方法安全且疗效显著,可在神经内科患者的护理过程中推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the improvement of blood pressure and sleep quality in patients with sleep disorder in neurology department.Methods:A total of 88 patients with sleep disorders admitted and treated in the department of Neurology,Qilu Hospital,Shandong University from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 patients in each group.During grouping nursing,medical staff gave routine nursing to patients in the control group and nursing intervention to patients in the observation group.At the end of the nursing period,the medical staff analyzed and compared the nursing satisfaction,blood pressure changes and sleep status of the two groups of patients.Results:The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(97.7%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.6%)(P=0.014);The changes of blood pressure in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P=0.001).The sleep status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P=0.029).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with sleep disorders in the department of neurology,and effectively control their blood pressure and sleep quality,the nursing method is safe and effective,can be applied in the process of nursing patients in the department of neurology.
