摘要
目的:分析神经内科患者睡眠状况,并提出相关管理对策。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年8月北京红十字会急诊抢救中心收治神经内科患者80例作为研究对象,调查入选患者的睡眠情况,调查过程中选择Athens量表,并提出管理对策。结果:1)28例患者睡眠分数在6分以上,18例患者睡眠分数在4~6分,34例患者睡眠分数在4分以下;2)睡眠影响因素包含环境噪声、小便次数增加、疼痛异常,晚间查房以及害怕影响工作,例数依次为31例(38.75%)、24例(30%)、20例(25%)、12例(15%)、10例(12.5%)以及8例(10%);3)60岁以上和60岁以下患者、有住院历史以及无住院历史患者、中学以上水平患者以及小学以下水平患者睡眠分数经过统计比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性、女性和有经济负担以及无经济负担患者睡眠分数经统计比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于神经内科患者而言,失眠者以及可疑失眠者人数增加,选择有效管理对策能够将其睡眠情况改善。
Objective:To analyze the sleep status of patients in neurology department and put forward relevant management countermeasures.Methods:A total of 80 patients were admitted to the department of neurology of our hospital for study.The duration of the study was from May 2017 to August 2018.The sleep status of the selected patients was investigated.Results:1)28 patients had a sleep score of more than 6 points,18 patients had a sleep score of 4~6 points,and 34 patients had a sleep score of less than 4 points.2)Sleep influencing factors include environmental noise,increased frequency of urination,abnormal pain,ward rounds at night and fear of affecting work,with 31 cases(38.75%),24 cases(30%),20 cases(25%),12 cases(15%),10 cases(12.5%)and 8 cases(10%)respectively.3)the sleep scores of patients above 60 years old and below 60 years old,patients with a history of hospitalization and patients without a history of hospitalization,patients above middle school level and patients below primary school level were statistically compared.After statistical comparison of sleep scores between male patients and female patients,patients with financial burden and patients without financial burden(P>0.05)was presented between the groups,showing no statistical significance.Conclusion:For neurology patients,the number of insomnia and suspected insomnia increased,the choice of effective management countermeasures can improve their sleep.
