摘要
2010年1月1日中国-东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)全面启动,跨境贸易获得进一步繁荣和发展,尤其是2016年10月1日人民币正式加入特别提款权(SDR),使得人民币国际化面临新的机遇和挑战,再度成为学术界研究和关注的热点。文章以人民币对东盟成员国的影响和辐射范围为研究内容,选取人均GDP、净出口、中国对外直接投资额、汇率波动率四个经济指标,通过面板模型对人民币区域国际化问题进行实证分析,探究人民币区域国际化的主要影响因素。研究结论是加快推进中国-东盟以及国内自由贸易区的建设和发展,不仅是推动人民币区域国际化的重要举措,也是为实现人民币国际化创造必要的持续推动力。
On January 1, 2010, China-ASEAN Free Trade Area(CAFTA) was fully launched, and the cross-border trade has gained further prosperity and development ever since. In particular, on October 1, 2016, the RMB officially joined the Special Drawing Rights(SDR), which makes the international regionalization of the RMB face new opportunities and challenges, and once again become a hot spot for academic research and attention. Based on the influence and the radiation scope of the RMB on ASEAN member countries, this paper selects four economic indicators: per capita GDP, net exports, China’s foreign direct investment, and exchange rate volatility and conducts an empirical analysis on the internationalization of the RMB to explore the influencing factors affecting the internationalization of the RMB. Then, it proposes we should promote the international regionalization of RMB through the construction and development of free trade zones, thereby creating conditions for the realization of the internationalization of the RMB.
