摘要
目的:分析治疗性沟通在儿科桡动脉穿刺护理中的应用效果。方法:选取福建省妇幼保健院2019年8月-2020年2月收治的80例桡动脉穿刺患儿,按就诊顺序单双号法分为两组,对照组(n=40)行常规护理;观察组(n=40)在常规护理基础上应用治疗性沟通。对比两组家长护理满意度,统计两组面容疼痛时间及哭闹持续时间,比较两组治疗依从性。结果:观察组治疗依从性优良率(95.00%)高于对照组(67.50%),面容疼痛时间及哭闹持续时间均短于对照组,家长护理总满意率(95.00%)高于对照组(65.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗性沟通应用于儿科桡动脉穿刺护理中,能相应提高患儿治疗依从性,提升家长护理满意度,值得应用。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of therapeutic communication in pediatric radial artery puncture care.Method:A total of 80 children with radial artery puncture admitted to Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of treatment by odd-even method.The control group(n=40)received routine care,the observation group(n=40)received therapeutic communication on the basis of routine nursing.The parental care satisfaction of the two groups was compared,the time of facial pain and duration of crying were counted,and the treatment compliance of the two groups was compared.Result:The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(67.50%),the facial pain time and crying duration time were shorter than those in the control group,the parental satisfaction rate in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(65.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of therapeutic communication in pediatric radial artery puncture care can correspondingly improve the treatment compliance of children,improve parental care satisfaction,and is worthy of application。
