摘要
目的:分析儿科护理过程中无效沟通的原因。方法:选取20例儿科护士及20例患儿的家属作为观察对象,采取调查方式进行,包括:患儿家属无法沟通原因及护士无法沟通原因,分析护理过程中无效沟通的原因,针对无效沟通原因提出相应的解决对策。结果:患儿家属无效沟通原因中排在前三位的分别是:住院患者及其家属情绪焦虑,家属对患儿疾病不了解,护士言语失度、解释不到位,分别占82.50%(33/40)、80.00%(32/40)和60.00%(24/40)。结论:住院患儿及其家属情绪焦虑、家属对患儿疾病不了解、护士言语失度是造成儿科护理中无效沟通的主要原因,因此临床护理工作应加强对这三个方面的重视,提高儿科护理中的沟通有效率。
Objective:To analyze causes of ineffective communication in pediatric nursing.Methods:20 pediatric nurses and 20 family members of the children were selected as the observation objects.The reasons why the family members could not communicate and the reasons why the nurses could not communicate were investigated to analyze the reasons for the ineffective communication during the nursing process,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.Results:The top two or three reasons for the ineffective communication of the family members were:anxiety of the hospitalized patients and their families,the family members'lack of understanding of the disease,and the nurses'improper words,which could not explain the situations correctly,and they accounted for 82.50%(33/40),80.00%(32/40)and 60.00%(24/40),separately.Conclusions:The anxiety of the hospitalized patients and their families,the family members'lack of understanding of the disease,and the nurses'improper words are the main causes of ineffective communication in the pediatric nursing.Therefore,clinical nursing work should strengthen on these three aspects to improve the communication efficiency.
