摘要
制备了一种聚丙烯基木塑复合材料,研究了木纤维预处理方法、木纤维及玻璃纤维的含量对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:利用硅烷偶联剂KH-550对木纤维进行预处理且聚丙烯基体中添加质量分数为25%的木纤维时,制备的木塑复合材料的力学性能最优,拉伸强度为45 MPa,冲击强度为7.2 kJ/m2;在聚丙烯/木纤维(木纤维质量分数为25%)复合材料中添加质量分数为20%的玻璃纤维时,制备的木塑复合材料表现出了优异的力学性能,拉伸强度为77 MPa,冲击强度为10.8 kJ/m2。
A novel polypropylene based wood plastic composites was prepared,and the effects of wood fiber pretreatment method,wood and glass fibers content on whose mechanical properties were observed.The results show that the mechanical properties of the wood plastic composites are optimal when wood fiber was pretreated by silane coupling agent KH-550 and the mass fraction of wood fiber in composites is 25%,whose tensile strength and impact strength reach 45 MPa and 7.2 kJ/m2respectively.The wood plastic composites show excellent mechanical properties when the mass fration of wood fiber and glass fiber are 25%and 20%respectively,whose tensile strength is 77 MPa and impact strength is 10.8 kJ/m2.
