学习支持服务视角下提升在线学习投入的策略研究 被引量:3

A Study on the Relationship between Online Learning Engagement and Online Learning Support Services

摘要 目的:研究在线学习支持服务对口腔医学在线学习投入的影响,以此提出提升在线学习投入的实践策略。方法:采用问卷调查和结构方程方法,对温州医科大学口腔医学院402位在线学习学生进行数据调查及分析,探寻在线学习支持服务对在线学习投入的影响并分析其相关性。结果:资源支持、教学支持、技术支持对在线学习投入有显著的正向影响,其影响的效果值分别为0.236、0.337、0.371。结论:在线学习支持服务对在线学习投入有正向预测作用,从加强在线教学实施的技术保障,加强情感支持与在线互动的课程设计,加强全过程的学习资源支持等三方面着手提供高质量的在线学习支持服务,能有效帮助提升学习者在线学习投入。 [Objective]To study the impact of online learning support service system on online learning engagement in stomatology and to propose a practical strategies to improve online learning engagement.[Method]Questionnaire survey and structural equation method were carried out to investigate and analyze the data of 402 online learning students from school of stomatology,wenzhou medical university.[Result]Correlation analysis and structural equation methods show that resource support,teaching support,technical support for online learning have significant positive influence,the results were as follows:0.236,0.337,0.371.[Conclusion]Online learning support services have a positive prediction effect on online learning engagement.It is necessary to provide high-quality online learning support services from three aspects:strengthening the technical guarantee of online teaching implementation,strengthening the course design of emotional support and online interaction,and strengthening the learning resource support in the whole process,so as to help improve the online learning engagement of learners.
