摘要
合成了芥酸酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(EASB),以其为转向剂组成的粘弹性表面活性剂自转向酸体系残酸表现出优良的耐温耐剪切性能。含EASB 6%的残酸体系在170 s-1剪切条件下,120℃2小时后体系的粘度稳定在50 mPa·s以上。研究了自转向酸体系的流变性能,稳态剪切流动实验表明鲜酸呈现牛顿流体特性,零剪切粘度只有1.64 mPa·s,流动性良好。随体系中盐酸浓度的降低和氯化钙浓度的升高,体系逐渐转为非牛顿流体,盐酸耗完时体系的零剪切粘度达到3040 Pa·s。小幅震荡实验表明,盐酸浓度为2%的体系在中低频区粘性模量G''大于弹性模量G',在高频区G'大于G'',总体上呈现粘弹性液体的特征。盐酸消耗尽的残酸G'在整个角频率范围内都大于G'',体系呈粘弹性固体的特征。触变性实验表明残酸体系经高速剪切,10分钟后只能恢复到初始值的61.4%,表明可形成稳定的空间网络胶束结构。
Erucylamidopropyl Hydroxysulfobetaine(EASB)was synthesized and used as self-diverting agent in acidizing system.This self-diverting acid showed satisfactory high temperature and shearing stability at spent acid state.Viscosity of the spent acid containing 6%EASB remained above 50 mPa·s,after treatment at 170 s-1 and 120℃for 2 hrs.Rheological property of the acid system was studied.The results from steady shear flow experiments showed that the fresh acid exhibited the characteristics of Newtonian fluid with good fluidity.Its zero shear viscosity of the fresh acid with 20%HCl content was only 1.84 mPa·s.With the decrease of HCl and the increase of CaCl2 in concentration,the zero shear viscosity of the fluid increased gradually and it turned to be a non-Newtonian fluid.The zero shear viscosity reached 3040 Pa·s when HCl was totally used up.Small oscillation experiment results demonstrated that in the fluid containing 2 wt%hydrochloric acid loss modulus(G'')was higher than storage modulus(G')in middle and low frequency region and G'was higher than G''in high frequency region,and the system tended to act like viscous fluids more than elastic solids.But in spent acid system G'was higher than G''in the entire range of frequencies,thus the spent acid system presented the characteristics of elastic solid.Thixotropic experiment results indicated that the viscosity of the spent acid system could only recover 61.4%of its initial value when the recovery process run 10 min after high speed shearing,indicating a stable micellar network structure was formed.
