摘要
核心技术的识别是技术创新的重要环节。本文针对传统PCIA算法在核心技术识别中,难以直接套用条件概率计算技术交叉影响的不足,首先,提出NPCIA算法测度技术交叉影响,并通过成熟技术验证NPCIA算法识别核心技术的有效性;然后,提出基于NPCIA算法的核心技术识别模型;最后,将识别模型应用于面向老年人的AAL监测技术领域,结果表明:面向老年人的AAL监测领域的核心技术聚焦于信息、信号技术,数字、图像处理技术,以及医学诊断技术。
The identification of core technology is an important part of technological innovation.In order to overcome the shortcoming of traditional PCIA algorithm in the identifying core technology,which is difficult to directly apply conditional probability estimating the technological impact,we propose NPCIA algorithm to measure the cross-impact of technologiesand verify the effectiveness of NPCIA algorithm by analyzing a mature technology.Then,we put forward a core technology identification model based on NPCIA algorithm.Finally,the proposed model is applied to the field of AAL monitoring technology for the elderly and the results show that the core technologies focus on information and signal technology,digital and image processing technology,and medical diagnostic technology.
