摘要 [研究目的]基于专利数据系统、客观地识别关键核心技术,有助于丰富关键核心技术的识别方法,帮助中国更加科学的实施战略布局。[研究方法]在界定关键核心技术概念的基础上,提出一种基于专利共类的关键核心技术识别方法。首先依据技术的共现度大小,筛选热点技术作为研究对象,通过技术相似度、技术影响力和技术增长潜力率识别核心技术和潜力技术,在此基础上,借助社会网络分析法,以核心技术和潜力技术为节点,共现强度为边,计算结构洞并排序,选取排名前20位作为关键核心技术。[研究结论]以光刻技术为例进行案例研究,结果显示微生物或酶、光学元件、对表面涂布流体的一般工艺等技术是光刻技术领域的关键核心技术,有助于中国掌握技术发展趋势、合理配置资源、获取竞争优势。 [Research purpose] Identifying key core technologies via systematically and objectively using patent data will help enrich the identification methods of key core technologies and help China to implement its strategic layout more scientifically. [Research method] On the basis of defining the key core technology concepts, this paper puts forward a key core technology identification model based on patent co-occurrence. First, according to the degree of co-occurrence of technologies, hot technologies are selected as research objects. Second, through technology similarity, technology influence and technology growth potential rate, core technologies and potential technologies are identified. Finally, with the help of social network analysis, taking core technologies and potential technologies as nodes and the total strength as edges, it calculates and sorts structure hole of each nodes, and selects top 20 as key core technologies. [Research conclusion]Taking lithography technology as an example, the results show that microbial or enzyme, optical components, surface coating fluid general process and so on are the key core technologies in the field of lithography technology. This research will help China grasp the trend of technological development and allocate resources rationally and gain competitive advantages.
