摘要
新冠肺炎疫情对我国小微企业冲击最大,对其生存发展造成致命性威胁。本文在梳理总结并分析新冠肺炎疫情发生后,小微企业生存能力状况及采取如何应对措施的基础上,构建了新冠肺炎疫情冲击下影响小微企业生存能力的三大要素。通过层次分析法对影响要素进行权重分析,发现主要影响要素在于小微企业领导者素质,其次是政府政策和企业内部资源能力。最后,要提高新冠肺炎疫情冲击下小微企业生存能力,最根本是要提升小微企业领导者素质,通过寻求政府政策帮扶及提升企业内部资源能力共同发力实现。
The outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020 had the biggest impact on my country’s small and micro enterprises,and it posed a fatal threat to its survival.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the problems of small and micro enterprise’weakened viability after the outbreak of COVID-19 and corresponding measures.This paper constructed three major factors affecting the viability of small and micro enterprises under the impact of COVID-19.Through quantitative analysis of the process of analytical hierarchy of influencing factors,it was found that the main factors are the quality of leaders in small and micro enterprises,followed by government policies and the management of internal resources of enterprises.In order to remain small and micro enterprises in light of the spread COVID-19 outbreak,the capabilities of small and micro business leaders must be developed through joint efforts of government policies and better management of the internal resources of companies.
