摘要
目的构建一套科学的肠外营养护理质量评价指标体系,为医院护理管理者系统评价肠外营养护理质量提供具体方法。方法通过文献查阅结合院内专家访谈,以"结构-过程-结果"评价模式为基础,初步拟定临床肠外营养护理质量评价指标体系的咨询问卷,并应用德尔菲法对20名专家进行咨询,确定具体指标并对各指标进行权重分析。结果共进行两轮专家咨询,问卷回收率100%,专家权威系数Cr分别为0.875和0.840,专家协调系数分别为0.314和0.358(P <0.001)。最终建立肠外营养护理质量评价指标体系,包括3项一级指标,10项二级指标和26项三级指标。结论该评价指标体系专家意见程度集中,具有较好的科学性、可靠性、实用性和可行性,可在临床进行推广应用。
Objective To establish a scientific parenteral nutrition(PN) nursing quality evaluation system and to provide specific methods for hospital nursing administrators to systematically evaluate the PN nursing quality. Methods Based on the evaluation mode of "structure-process-results", a preliminary draft of the consultation questionnaire of the clinical PN nursing quality evaluation index system was developed by literature review and in-hospital expert interview. Delphi method was applied to 20 experts for a consultation to determine the specific indexes and analyze the weight of each index. Results In the two rounds of expert consultations, the questionnaire recovery rate was 100%, and the enthusiasm of the experts was high. The expert authority coefficients(Cr) were 0.875 and 0.840, respectively, and the expert coefficients of concordance were 0.314 and 0.358(P < 0.001). The PN nursing quality evaluation index system was established, which consisted of three first-level indexes, 10 second-level indexes, and 26 third-level indexes. Conclusion The evaluation index system gathers expert opinions intensively, which is scientific, reliable, practical, and feasible, and can be applied in clinical practice.
