摘要
智能仪表设备管理系统是采用设备集成技术对现场各类智能仪表设备进行故障诊断、组态配置和日常维护分析的通用工具。介绍了系统的工作原理、基本结构及功能特点等,采用该系统可减少由于设备故障导致的生产波动,有效降低设备的维护成本,从而提高设备的可利用率。
Intelligent instrument equipment management system uses equipment integration technology,the system is a general tool for fault diagnosis,configuration and daily maintenance analysis of all kinds of field intelligent instrument equipment.The working principle,basic structure and functional characteristics of the system are introduced.The production fluctuation caused by equipment failure and the cost of equipment maintenance can be effectively reduced to improve the availability of equipment.
