精整工艺中氧化铁皮去除及收集方法的探讨

摘要 因品种结构不断变化以及用户对产品品质要求的不断提高,热轧精整过程中由于氧化铁皮压入带钢降低产品质量、现场粉尘颗粒浓度过高不能满足环保要求、产线设备基础面堆集大量氧化铁皮加大清理难度等问题更加突出。结合精整线深弯开平段工艺装备配置现状,介绍了氧化铁皮去除和收集、刷辊器除尘等新型装置,既可提升产品质量保证产品效益,又能大大改善环境质量和减少工人劳动强度。 Due to the continuous change of the variety structure and the continuous improvement of the user's product quality requirements,some problems in the finishing line are more prominent,such as the product quality is reduced by the oxide scale pressed defect,the on-site dust particle concentration is too high to meet the environmental protection requirements,and the accumulation of a large amount of scale on the foundation of the production line equipment is increased the difficulty of cleaning.Combined with the process characteristics and equipment configuration of the deep bending and flatting process of finishing line,some new equipment of removing and collecting oxide scale,brush roller dust removal were introduced,which can not only improve product quality and ensure product efficiency,but also greatly improve environmental quality and reduce labor intensity.
