摘要
某热轧板材表面产生了少见的马蹄印形黑斑及其他表面缺陷。通过对其与同批次铸坯缺陷的对应关系研究,分析了该类缺陷的产生和演变行为,进一步追溯了此类缺陷的演变过程及规律。结果表明:热轧板材马蹄印形黑斑缺陷主要是铸坯内存在的中间裂纹和中心疏松缺陷逐步轧制到板材表面所致;而轧材上的两种翘皮缺陷则是保护渣卷渣和大尺寸硅铝酸盐夹杂遗传演变所为。
The surface of a produced horseshoe black spots and other surface defects.Through the study of the corresponding relationship between the hot rolled sheet and the same batch billet,the generation and evolution behavior of defects were analyzed,and the evolution process and law of the defects were further traced back.The results show that the defects of horseshoe black spot in hot rolled sheet are mainly caused by rolling of the middle cracks and central center porosity defects in the casting blank.The genetic evolution of protective slag and large size aluminosilicate inclusions is the reason for the two kinds of skin defects.
