摘要
新媒体时代,重大灾害新闻发布的同时也伴随大量谣言持续发酵与迅速传播,严重影响灾害的应对处置及社会稳定。谣言的传播具有主体隐匿、内容随意、即时性强、传播范围广的新特点,基于谣盲的复杂传播特性,对其分类管控较为困难。此次新冠肺炎疫情爆发后,伴随疫情新闻传播的谣言有其特定的传播机理,即信源模糊、信道冗杂、信息同化三个方面。通过对本次疫情谣言传播机理的分析梳理出相应的管理机制,即建立健全的准入机制、建止层级化的“把关”机制、建立完善的谣言治理法律规制。
In the era of new media,the news release of major disasters is also accompanied by the continuous fermentation and rapid spread of a large number of rumors,seriously affecting the response to disasters and social stability.The dissemination of rumors has the new characteristics of concealment of the subject,random content,strong instantaneity,and wide range of dissemination.Based on the complex dissemination characteristics of rumors,it is difficult to classify and control them.After the outbreak of the novel coronavirus,the rumors that accompanied the spread of the epidemic news have their specific transmission mechanisms,namely,vague information sources,mixed channels,and information assimilation.Through the analysis of the spread mechanism of rumors in this epidemic,the corresponding management mechanism is sorted out,that is,the establishment of a sound access mechanism,the establishment of a hierarchical"gatekeeper"mechanism,and the establishment of a perfect legal regulation for the rumors control.
