摘要
在将网络谣言事件分为自然灾害、辐射污染、意外伤亡、社会伤害、政府行动、食品安全等类型的基础上,从辟谣时间、辟谣方式、辟谣内容等方面对政府应对方式和效果进行分析。然后从谣言源、谣言流、谣言受众三个角度分析了谣言应对的困境。指出应加大造谣者惩罚力度、监测谣言载体、提高网民甄别能力和拓展辟谣通道与方法,以有效地应对网络谣言事件。
Based on classifying internet rumors into various types such as natural disasters,nuclear radiation and chemical pollution,fortuitous casualty,social damage,government actions and food security,the authors analyzed the present ways and effects of refuting internet rumors from time,way and content of Chinese government.And then,we discussed the government＇s predicament from the perspectives of source,communication and the audience of internet rumors.At last,the paper pointed out that,in order to cope with the internet rumors more effectively,government should punish the rumor mongers severely,monitor the rumors＇ carriers,improve cyber citizen＇s ability of rumor identification and broaden the channels and the ways of refuting rumor.
