摘要
当前农村老年教育发展存在城乡发展不均衡、教育产品供需不匹配和学习者参与不积极等问题。分析其根源,主要有思想认识和观念落后、法律法规不完善、管理机制不统一、保障机制不健全等方面的原因。在乡村振兴战略的指导下,立足“三农”,通过制作和整合有效资源,提高老年教育参与率,逐步完善相关法律法规体系建设,统筹推进城乡老年教育发展,促进农村老年教育普及化,为乡村振兴战略的有效实施提供重要支撑。
There are problems in the current development of rural elderly education,such as the uneven development of elderly education in urban and rural areas,the mismatch between the supply and demand of educational products and the inactive participation of learners.The deep reasons behind the problems are the backward ideology and perception,imperfect laws and regulations,inconsistent management mechanism,and unsound guarantee mechanism,etc.Under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy,and based on“Three Rural Issues”,we should produce and integrate effective resources,increase participation rate,improve the construction of relevant laws and regulations step by step,promote the coordinate development of urban and rural elderly education so as to further promote the development of rural elderly education and provide important support for the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategies.
