朝仓花椒CBL基因家族的鉴定及分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过NCBI BLAST分析,从朝仓花椒转录组中鉴定获得31条朝仓花椒类钙调磷酸酶B亚基蛋白(Calcineurin B-like protein,CBL)家族的编码基因序列,将其命名为ZpCBL 1-ZpCBL 31。对该基因家族进行分析发现,朝仓花椒的CBL基因家族在进化上可分为4组,每组成员数量分别为16、8、5、2。该家族蛋白等电点均小于7,偏酸性,且较多数为不稳定蛋白。多基因序列比对可知朝仓花椒CBL家族均具有至少1个高度保守的EF-hand结构域。对空间结构的分析发现,ZpCBL蛋白为多链折叠蛋白,以α螺旋为主。 In this study,31 coding sequences of Calcineurin B-like protein(CBL)family from Zanthoxylum piperitum DC.var.inerme Makino were identified based on NCBI BLAST analysis with the transcriptase of Z.Piperitum,and these sequences were further named ZpCBL 1-ZpCBL 31 from the transcriptase of Prickly ash.The analysis of this gene family showed that the CBL gene family of Z.Piperitum could be divided into four groups evolutionatively,and the number of members in each group was 16,8,5 and 2,respectively.The isoelectric point of the protein family was less than 7.0 and acidic,and most of them were unstable proteins.Multiple gene sequence alignment showed that the CBL family of Z.Piperitum all had at least one highly conserved EF-hand domain.Additionally,the analysis of the spatial structure showed that ZpCBL protein was polychain folding protein,mainly alpha helix.
