掘进机截割部升降油缸爬行现象分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对掘进机截割部在升降和旋转过程中易产生爬行现象,利用AMESim软件搭建了截割部升降油缸动负载仿真模型,研究平衡阀对升降油缸爬行现象的影响。首先通过仿真,得出截割部在不同高度时升降油缸受到的负载曲线;其次,研究平衡阀的阻尼孔、动摩擦力和先导比参数对升降油缸爬行现象的影响。研究表明,减小控制油阻尼孔尺寸、适当增加动摩擦力及选用合适先导比可有效解决升降油缸的爬行现象。 The crawling phenomenon is easy to occur in the lifting and rotating process of the cutting part of the roadheader,in order to study the influence of counterbalance valve on the crawling phenomenon of cutting part lifting oil cylinder,the dynamic load simulation model of cutting part lifting oil cylinder is built by using AMESim software.Firstly,through the simulation,the load curve of the lifting cylinder is obtained when the cutting part of the roadheader in different altitude.Secondly,through the simulation analysis of the descending process of the cutting part,the influence of the damping hole,dynamic friction force and pilot ratio of the balance valve on the crawling phenomenon of the lifting cylinder is studied.The results show that the crawling phenomenon of oil cylinder can be effectively solved by reducing the size of oil damping hole,increasing the dynamic friction,and choosing the appropriate pilot ratio.
