摘要
总结多年的工作经验,论述一般液压系统容易发生的安全事故,分析原因,提出注意事项。除常规安全问题外,阐述了系统超压带来的危险,如蓄能器飞射、薄弱环节爆裂、重物负载意外降落;高温液压系统可能带来火灾;液压锁失灵可能使重物负载倾倒等。针对以上问题提出了注意事项,并对液压系统调试和使用过程中容易导致安全事故的主、客观原因进行了分析。
Based on experiences of many years, safety problems of general hydraulic system, the cause of them and items that must be regarded were presented. Besides some general problems, a series of problems were expounded, which include some problems caused from extra pressure, such as accumulator shooting, weak part cracking, weight load descent illegally etc; fire danger from high temperature hydraulic system; hydraulic lock failure. Aiming at the problems stated as the former, items that must be regarded were advanced. Some factors of subjective and objective that tend to bring accidents as debugging and using system were analyzed.
