基于三维点云数据的风机塔筒倾斜率快速获取方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对三维激光扫描仪获取的风机点云数据,提出了在风机塔筒不同高度任意截取横截面点云,利用最小二乘原理拟合横截面点云圆心坐标来求取倾斜率的方法。结合工程需要,编程实现倾斜率自动计算。经多个项目实践证明,本方法可高效、准确计算出风机的倾斜率,能更全面、更整体地监测风机运行状态。 Aiming at the data of fan point cloud obtained by three-dimensional laser scanner,a method is proposed to intercept the cross-section point cloud arbitrarily at different heights of the fan tower,and use the least square principle to fit the center coordinates of the cross-section point cloud to calculate the inclination rate.According to the engineering requirement,the automatic calculation of inclination rate is realized by programming.It has been proved by many projects that this method can calculate the inclination rate of the fan efficiently and accurately,and can monitor the running state of the fan more comprehensively and more integrally.
