摘要
目的:探讨益身清对斑马鱼肠蠕动的促进作用。方法:随机选取受精后5 d(5 dpf)野生型AB品系斑马鱼于培养皿中,用尼罗红喂饲斑马鱼建立肠蠕动模型,分组后药效学组分别给予不同浓度的益身清和多潘立酮,24 h后每个实验组随机选取10尾斑马鱼在荧光显微镜下拍照并采集数据,以荧光强度的统计学分析结果评价益身清对斑马鱼肠蠕动的促进作用。结果:益身清不同剂量组(125、250、500、1000、2000μg/mL)斑马鱼的肠蠕动促进作用分别为25%、45%、49%、62%和66%,与正常对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),提示在本实验浓度条件下益身清对斑马鱼肠蠕动有明显的促进作用。结论:在本实验浓度条件下,益身清对斑马鱼肠蠕动有明显的促进作用。
Objective:To explore the promoting effect of Yishenqing on intestinal peristalsis of zebrafish.Methods:Five days after fertilization(5 DPF),wild-type AB strains of zebrafish were randomly selected and fed with Nile red to establish intestinal peristalsis model.After grouping,the pharmacodynamic group was given different concentrations of Yishenqing and Domperidone.After 24 hours,10 zebrafish were randomly selected from each experimental group and photographed under a fluorescence microscope and data were collected.The statistical analysis results of fluorescence intensity were used to evaluate the effect of Yishenqing on the intestinal peristalsis of zebrafish.Results:The peristalsis-promoting effects of zebrafish with different doses of Yishenqing(125,250,500,1000,2000μg/mL)were 25%,45%,49%,62%and 66%,respectively.Compared with the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),which indicates that Yishenqing can obviously promote zebrafish intestinal peristalsis under the experimental concentration conditions.Conclusion:Yishenqing can obviously promote zebrafish intestinal peristalsis under the experimental concentration conditions.
