摘要
生物能源的开发利用是缓解全球能源压力,保障能源安全的重要途径。微藻因其生长迅速、油脂含量高,被认为是制备生物柴油的理想原料。在微藻生物柴油开发的过程中,需要频繁地测定油脂含量。简单介绍了尼罗红比色法、铜试剂比色法、傅立叶红外光谱法和气质联用法几种快速测定微藻油脂含量的方法。
The development and utilization of bio-energy is an important way to relieve the pressure of global energy shortage and to ensure the security of energy supply.Microalgae,due to their high growth rates coupled with relatively high lipid content,have significant potential as a source of biomass for the production of biofuels.Studies on the utilization of algae as biofuels often require frequent determinations of algal lipid content.In this paper,several efficient methods for rapid determination of microalgal lipid,including Nile red colorimetry,copper reagent colorimetry,Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and GC-MS,have been summarized.
