摘要
随着劳动力市场对复合型人才的大量需求,复合型人才已经成为高校人才培养的重要战略方向。以哈尔滨工程大学水下机器人方向研究生为例,通过对跨学科培养方式进行分析,结合其校水下机器人研究生培养现状,提出了利用实验室间互相培养的方式,建立了水下机器人方向在研究生跨学科培养模式并开展了系统研究。同时给出提升研究生跨学科培养模式建立方面的一些思考。
Compound talents have become an important strategic direction of talent training in colleges and universities with the great demand for compound talents in the labor market.The graduate students of underwater vehicle field of Harbin Engineering University are taken as an example.Based on the analysis of interdisciplinary training methods and the present situation of underwater vehicle graduate training in the university,the interdisciplinary training model of graduate students in underwater vehicle field is proposed and researched in the way of mutual training between laboratories.At the same time,some thoughts on the establishment of interdisciplinary training model for graduate students are given.
