新兴产业分类与国际专利分类对照方法及专利数据深加工方法模式研究 被引量:5

摘要 在当今互联网、大数据时代,新兴产业的专利数据深加工是支持和直接服务于产业技术创新及其管理的重要基础,是进行新兴产业自主知识产权技术创新状况科学客观评价的重要基石。针对国内外尚缺乏专业科学的战略性新兴产业与专利分类对照关系,开创性研究构建了战略性新兴产业分类与国际专利分类(IPC)对照关系,研究提出了战略性新兴产业专利数据筛选模式;针对战略性新兴产业的特点,研究提出了具体的专利数据深加工操作方法、模式,并就加工后的数据如何应用进行了研究。本文研究拓展了专利情报理论应用方法。 In the current internet and big data era,the deep processing of patent data of emerging industries is an important basis for supporting and directly serving industrial technology innovation and management,and is an important foundation for scientific and objective evaluation of the technical innovation condition of independent intellectual property rights of emerging industries.Aiming at the contrast relationship between strategic emerging industries and patent classifications of lack of professional science at home and abroad,the contrast relationship between strategic emerging industries classifications and International Patent Classifications(IPC)is established through pioneering research,and a strategic emerging industry patent data screening mode is provided through research;specific patent data deep processing operation methods and modes are provided aiming at the characteristics of strategic emerging industries,and how to apply the processed data is researched.The research expands the application method of the patent information theory.
