摘要
目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高血压的临床疗效及对血小板活化功能、炎性因子的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2019年5月海南省干部疗养院收治的高血压病人132例,随机分为对照组与研究组。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,研究组给予丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。观察并比较两组血小板活化功能因子[血小板膜糖蛋白(GPⅡb/Ⅲa)及表面蛋白CD62P]、血清炎性因子水平、血脂[包括总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、血压、血清内皮素1(ET-1)与一氧化氮(NO)水平变化。结果治疗后,两组CD62P与GPⅡb/Ⅲa、炎性因子水平均降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有学意义(P<0.05);两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于治疗前,HDL-C水平高于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血压较治疗前降低,且研究组血压低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ET-1和NO水平均改善,且研究组ET-1水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高血压,降压效果理想,不仅调节病人炎性因子水平与血小板活化功能,还可升高NO水平。
Objective To investigate clinical effects of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension and its influence on platelet activation function factors.Methods A total of 132 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets.The levels of platelet activation function factors[platelet membrane glycoprotein(GPⅡb/Ⅲa)and surface protein(CD62P)],serum of inflammatory factors,lipid[including total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],blood pressure,endothelin 1(ET-1),and nitric oxide(NO)were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of GPⅡb/Ⅲa and CD62P,and inflammatory factor were decreased,and the team are lower than the control group,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of HDL-C in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and those in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,blood pressure of two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the blood pressure of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ET-1 and NO were improved,and ET-1 in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and NO in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension was effective in reducing blood pressure,which could not only regulate the level of inflammatory factors and small blood activation,but also increase NO le
