摘要
探讨海上风力发电风塔用铝制散热器失效的类型及机理,能为铝制散热器的防腐问题提供一定的理论依据。本文使用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、光学显微镜等仪器,对风电塔底散热器失效件进行表面宏观和微观形貌观察、化学成分分析以及内部显微组织分析。结果表明:散热器失效的主要原因是散热器长期服役在含Cl-的海洋大气环境中,使铝合金散热器发生点蚀穿孔导致泄漏失效。
The failure type and mechanism of aluminum radiator used in offshore wind power towers are discussed,which can provide a theoretical basis for anticorrosion of aluminum radiator.In this paper,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer,optical microscope and other instruments are used to observe the surface macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the failed radiator at the bottom of wind power tower,and chemical composition analysis and internal microstructure analysis are conducted.The results show that the main reason for the failure is its long-term exposure to marine atmosphere with Cl-,causing its pitting corrosion and the later leakage failure.
