连续纤维增强PLA复合材料3D打印制备技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用自制的连续纤维增强热塑性3D打印丝材一体化装备制备了连续玻纤增强聚乳酸(CGF/PLA)复合材料预浸丝,并将该预浸丝作为3D打印耗材用于熔融沉积(FDM)的3D打印设备中成型复合材料制品,并研究了相容剂(PLA-g-MAH)含量、打印层厚、打印温度和打印速度对复合材料力学性能及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,当相容剂质量分数为3%,打印层厚为0.5 mm,打印温度为230℃,打印速度为2 mm/s时,CGF/PLA复合材料的各项力学性能最佳且树脂与纤维界面结合良好,弯曲强度、拉伸强度、冲击强度和层间剪切强度分别为301.21 MPa、213.58MPa、148.26KJ/m2和11.925MPa。 Continuous glass fiber reinforced poly lactic acid(CGF/PLA)composite prepreg filament was prepared by self made integrated equipment of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic 3D printing wire.The prepreg filament was used as 3D printing consumables in the 3D printing equipment of fused deposition modeling(FDM).The effects of compatibilizer(PLA-g-MAH)content,printing layer thickness,printing temperature and printing speed on the mechanical properties and micro morphology of the composite were studied.The results show that when the mass fraction of compatibilizer is 3%,the thickness of printing layer is 0.5 mm,the printing temperature is 230℃,and the printing speed is 2 mm/s,the mechanical properties of CGF/PLA composite are the best and the interface between resin and fiber is well combined.The bending strength,tensile strength,impact strength and interlaminar shear strength are 301.21 MPa,213.58 MPa,148.26 KJ/m2 and 11.925 MPa,respectively.
