摘要
气相色谱-质谱联用法由于专属性强、分离效果好,能够同时进行待测组分的鉴定与分离,尤其适用于混合组分的定性及定量研究,目前已广泛应用于天然药物化学成分和中药药物成分分析,特别对于挥发成分分析具有很大的优势。基于中国知网数据库现有文献检索,归纳和分析近年来气相色谱-质谱联用在中药及天然药物分析研究中的应用,展望未来的发展趋势。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can be used for the identification and separation of components measured at the same time due to its strong specificity and good separation effect.It is especially suitable for qualitative and quantitative investigation of mixed components.It has been widely used in natural medicine chemical components and traditional Chinese medicine.Pharmaceutical component analysis,especially for volatile component analysis,Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry has great advantages.Based on the existing literature search of the CNKI Database,the application fields of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in natural medicine analysis are summarized and analyzed,the future trends have been anticipated.
