摘要
目的对卓越医生教育培养计划相关研究的文献进行计量学和可视化分析,挖掘卓越医生教育培养计划研究领域的现状和发展趋势,为卓越医生教育培养计划研究提供参考;方法采用CiteSpace 5.3.R4软件,结合CNKI和Excel数据处理工具,以CNKI数据库2012年~2019年期间发表的399篇“卓越医生”相关文献为对象,针对发文时间、关键词聚类进行可视化分析;结果卓越医生教育培养计划相关研究的发展可以分为缓慢发展时期、加速度发展时期、平稳期三个阶段;关键词聚类分析得到9个研究聚类,7个研究热点领域;结论卓越医生教育培养计划领域研究核心为医学生人文素质教育和临床实践能力,研究热点是基础和临床学科的教学改革,研究前沿是案例教学法,“以器官系统为中心”的教学模式和岗位胜任力。
Objective Through the quantitative and visual analysis of the literature on the research of physician education and training program of excellence,the present study explores the current situation and development trend of the research field of physician education and training program of excellence,and provides reference for the research of physician education and training program of excellence.Methods CiteSpace 5.3.R4 software,CNKI and Excel data processing tools were used in this study.The 399 articles related to physician education and training program of excellence published in CNKI database from 2012 to 2019 were used as objects for visual analysis of publication time and keyword clustering.Results The development of the research on physician education and training program of excellence can be divided into three periods:slow development period,acceleration development period and steady development period.Keywords clustering analysis has obtained 9 research clusters and 7 hot research areas.Conclusion The research focus in the field of excellent doctor education and training program is humanistic quality education and clinical practice ability of medical students.The research focus is the teaching reform of basic and clinical subjects,and the research forefront is case teaching method,organ-systems-centered teaching model and post competence.
