摘要
铝对人体有一定毒性作用,因此食品中铝含量测定结果的准确性,在评价铝残留量方面尤为重要。本文针对影响ICP-MS法检测食品中铝含量结果不确定度的各个因素进行了系统分析,建立了不确定度评估数学模型,并探讨其测定结果的不确定度。研究结果表明,食品中铝含量的结果及扩展不确定度为(227±16)mg/kg,包含因子k为2。该评估模型为ICP-MS法检测食品中铝含量测定的不确定度评价提供了参考依据。
Aluminum has certain toxic effect on human body,so the accuracy of determination results of aluminum in food is particularly important in the evaluation of aluminum residue.The various factors that affect the uncertainty were systematically analyzed.In this paper,a mathematical model for uncertainty evaluation was established and then used to comparatively evaluate the uncertainty of the analytical method.The determination result and expanded combined uncertainty(k=2)of aluminum in food was(227±16)mg/kg.This evaluation model can provide a reference for evaluating the uncertainty in determining aluminum residue in food by the method of ICP-MS.
