摘要
采用人造光源获得辐照强度均匀性比较好的光斑,一般采用光学积分器、匀光棒、积分球和光纤等方法。太阳模拟器中辐照强度均匀性是一项重要指标,一般采用光学积分器进行匀光,但是光学积分器具有加工复杂和成本高等问题。采用3D打印技术制备模具,将超高效镜面反射片压制为微凹型球面反射镜片,用2片微凹型球面反射镜片和圆筒形光导管组成新型匀光器,利用光的漫反射原理,在直径为150 mm的光斑上,可获得1.12%的辐照强度不均匀性,达到IEC 60904-9的A级水平。新型匀光器具有结构简单、光源利用率高、造价低廉等特点。
The methods of optical integrator,uniform light stick,integrating sphere and fiber are used to obtain the uniformity irradiation spot with the artificial light source.The uniformity of irradiance is an important parameter of solar simulator.There are some problems used with optical integrator to obtain uniformity light such as processing complexity and cost high and so on.The concave shape microsphere surface reflective lens is pressed by the ultra-efficient mirror reflector with the moulds prepared by 3D printing technology.A new type of uniform light device is composed of two concave shape microsphere surface reflective lenses and a cylindrical light pipe.The non-uniformity of total irradiance of a light area with a 150mm diameter is 1.12%used with the new type of uniform light device according with the principle of diffuse reflection of light.This is the A level with the international standard of IEC 60904-9.There are some characters such as simple structure,high utilization rate of light source and low cost and so on with the new type of uniform light device.
