摘要 针对目前在高效率多结型硅薄膜元件结构设计中各层短路电流无法测出的困难,该文探讨了光谱响应/量子效率光谱测试技术在这方面的应用。该项技术使电池各层在短路电流密度上达到最佳匹配从而改进制程,提高电池的效率。 This paper points out the application of the spectral response/quantum efficiency tests in highly efficient multi-junction silicon thin film components structural design due to the short circuit current of each layer in the battery can be detected in this technology. The best match on the short circuit current density of each cell layer can be achieved by using this technology to improve the process and efficiency of the battery.
